Airport Consultants - On-Call Airport Engineering and Consulting Services

Cedar City Regional Airport

The Cedar City Regional Airport (CDC), Cedar City, Utah, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for professional on-call airport engineering and consulting services to aid in projects identified in the airport's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The contract will extend over a period of five (5) years. Information obtained from the Statements will be used by CDC to evaluate each interested consultant using criteria identified in the Statement and conforming to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E to select the mostqualified engineer/consultant. Fee information will not be considered and must be left out of submitted proposals. Upon review of the Statements of Qualifications and Experience, CDC may select firms to make on-site oral presentations before a selection committee who will make the final selection. CDC may also select a firm based on telephone interviews or on the submittal alone. Cedar City Corporation reserves the right to extend the submittal date if needed. Cedar City Corporation reserves the right to deny any or all Statements of Qualifications. Projects may include design and construction of the following: Wildlife Fence / Secure Perimeter Fence Rehab Aprons Rehab Taxiway (A, A1, B, C, D,) Reconstruct Taxiway D Electrical Improvements Reconstruct Runway 2/20 Acquire ARFF Truck Acquire Snow Removal Equipment Construct Snow Removal Facility Fees for individual projects will be negotiated as funding is obtained through Federal, State, and Local Grants. DBE firms are encouraged to apply.
